Job descriptions:

ตำแหน่ง Digital Associate มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการผลิตวิดีโอคลิปผ่านการถ่ายทอดสด (Live Streaming) และสร้างผลงาน Artwork ที่โดดเด่นสำหรับทั้ง Live Station และ StyleHint (แพลทฟอร์มค้นหาสไตล์การแต่งตัว) ตำแหน่งนี้จะรับผิดชอบในการสร้างเนื้อหาที่มีคุณภาพ ถูกต้อง และตรงเวลาในกระบวนการผลิต Live Station และ StyleHint โดยรายงานต่อหัวหน้าทีม และทำงานร่วมกับทีม Digital Marketing และทีมอื่นๆ เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายร่วมกันในการเพิ่ม Conversion rate และมอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า


• มีประสบการณ์เป็นช่างวิดีโอ หรือการผลิตอีเวนต์/ถ่ายทอดสด


• มีความรู้ด้านเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับการติดตั้งระบบแสง และเสียงในการถ่ายทอดสด Live และ Shooting Clip


• ศึกษาเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับเทรนด์ของ Live Steaming ในธุรกิจค้าเสื้อผ้า และค้าปลีกอย่างสม่าเสมอ


• มีทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลที่ดีสาหรับการทางานร่วมกับทีมและบุคลากรในองค์กร


• เข้าใจระบบเทคนิคของอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในเข้ารหัสวิดีโอ โค้ดวิดีโอ และระบบถ่ายทอดสดวีดีโอ


• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และกล้าแสดงออก ชอบนาเสนอไอเดียใหม่ ๆ อยู่เสมอเมื่อมีการการระดมความคิด


• วางแผนและดาเนินการอัปเดตรายสัปดาห์สาหรับ Live Station และ StyleHint


• รับผิดชอบในการสร้างหน้า Live Station และ StyleHint ตามแนวทางจากสานักงานใหญ่ที่ญี่ปุ่นและหน่วยงานอื่นๆในบริษัท


• สร้าง Artwork และวิดีโอสร้างสรรค์สาหรับเนื้อหาเว็บไซต์และโฆษณาดิจิทัล


• มีความเชี่ยวชาญและทันสมัยในด้านการออกแบบกราฟิก เครื่องมือ Adobe และซอฟต์แวร์ตัดต่อ


• อำนวยความสะดวกในการสื่อสารข้ามสายงานเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการผลิตทั้งหมด


• ประสานงานกับทีม Creative เพื่อสร้างสรรค์งานดิจิทัลและข้อความสาหรับเว็บไซต์

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:


• มีประสบการณ์ทางาน 0-3 ปี ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่


• มีความสนใจด้านเสื้อผ้า/แฟชั่น/เข้าใจสไตล์ในการ mix & match เสื้อผ้า


• ผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้:

  • Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro (จำเป็น)
  • แพลตฟอร์มการจัดการเนื้อหา
  • เครื่องมือ Microsoft Office: Excel ขั้นสูง, PowerPoint
  • Google Suite Apps: Sheet, Slides, Docs


• มีทักษะภาษาไทยครบทุกด้าน (พูด อ่าน เขียน)


• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับธุรกิจ (ถ้ามีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)


• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม


• มีความตั้งใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และพร้อมเปิดรับประสบการณ์นอกกรอบ


• มีวินัยในตนเองและตรงต่อเวลา (สำคัญ)
