Required Qualifications

  • Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design,video editor experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Fine Arts, (Graphic Design, Film/Video Production, etc.).

  • Software Proficiency: Proven expertise in using essential design and editing tools, specifically:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (for high-level creation and editing).

  • Quick Production Tools: Experience with Canva (for rapid social media and general content creation).
  • Video/Motion: Familiarity with CapCut (for basic video editing and simple motion graphics).

  • Design & Editing Skills:

  • Strong understanding of design principles and visual/video storytelling.

  • Ability to create graphics, edit, add basic motion graphics, and perform color/audio adjustments on video content.
  • Familiarity with various video formats and platform-specific requirements for digital channels (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube).

  • Other Skills:

  • Excellent time management and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

  • Open to feedback and able to collaborate effectively with marketing and other cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive in following new design trends and technologies.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Collateral: Create engaging graphics and short videos for various online channels, including Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Line), Website Banners, and Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Video Editing and Production: Responsible for editing short and long-form video content for all social media channels (e.g., Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and YouTube, including adding subtitles, basic motion graphics, and performing final audio/color optimization.
  • Print Media Design: Design materials for offline activities, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and exhibition materials.
  • Branding & Identity: Ensure all visual output adheres to the company's Brand Guidelines and maintains a consistent corporate identity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to translate communication messages into visually appealing designs.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain design files efficiently for easy access and future use.
