Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and development to achieve departmental goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day workflow and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing projects.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance team culture.
  • Work closely with management to align marketing priorities with business objectives.

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Develop annual marketing strategies for multiple restaurant and beverage brands.
  • Execute integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and on-ground channels.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and tone across all touchpoints.

NPD & Promotion

  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to plan, launch, and promote new menu items (NPD).
  • Create compelling go-to-market campaigns that connect with target audiences.
  • Evaluate promotion performance using sales and customer data for continuous improvement.

CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Manage and optimize CRM programs to strengthen customer loyalty and retention.
  • Use data-driven insights to personalize offers and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Integrate CRM strategies with online channels and digital advertising.

Food Aggregator Management

  • Lead marketing activities on food delivery platforms (Grab, LINE MAN, Robinhood, etc.).
  • Plan and negotiate co-promotions with aggregator partners.
  • Track KPIs including GMV, conversion, and campaign ROI.

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Build strategic partnerships with external brands, malls, travel, and corporate partners.
  • Manage joint marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Support PR, KOL, and influencer activities to strengthen brand relevance.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign results, providing regular reports to management.
  • Analyze consumer and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5–7 years of marketing or brand management experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience — able to lead, coach, and motivate subordinates.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy, NPD, CRM, partnerships, and digital marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or business units within one organization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
