Job Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance

  • Ensure customer and end-user complaints are investigated, followed up, and preventive actions are implemented to prevent recurrence
  • Maintain the nonconformance process and ensure effective investigation and corrective / preventive actions
  • Monitor and track nonconformance and complaint trends for continuous improvement

2. GMP & ISO 22716

  • Lead, maintain, and follow up procedures and working processes to meet GMP & ISO 22716 requirements
  • Review procedures, work instructions, SOPs, and forms in accordance with actual operations
  • Monitor and provide GMP and personal hygiene training to COSMAX members and outsource personnel

3. Quality System

  • Lead, establish, maintain, and follow up quality systems such as GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, Halal, and other quality systems
  • Lead and follow up internal and external audits, including customer audits
  • Prepare and provide audit-related documents such as audit check sheets, procedures, forms, QI, and records
  • Ensure and maintain the document control management system to support operations of various departments
  • Provide documents and support auditors, visitors, and customers during factory audits

4. Quality Training and Improvement

  • Initiate quality improvement programs
  • Train employees on critical quality variables related to their responsibilities
Qualification
  • Experience or responsibility in Quality Assurance activities
  • Knowledge and involvement in GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, Halal, and quality system management
  • Experience in handling customer complaints, nonconformance, corrective and preventive actions
  • Experience in internal and external audit coordination and document preparation
  • Ability to conduct quality training and support quality improvement activities
