Job objective :

  • Source, study, and compare machinery and equipment used in food production processes in collaboration with relevant departments, and assist in preparing information for management to support planning and decision-making.
  • Source, study, and compare machinery and equipment installers for food production processes in collaboration with relevant departments, and assist in preparing information for management to support planning and decision-making.

Job Description:

  1. Support in project implementation from planning to closing the project.
  2. Check & confirm regulations and laws related to design/construction/installation/testing.
  3. Create the scope of work, budget, timeline, and resources needed for the project.
  4. Study and prepare design information. (conceptual and detailed design) to be presented for approval by management.
  5. Plan and select machinery, equipment, contractors and consider comparisons for the purchasing department to proceed further.
  6. Coordinate/check designs/control testing. Installation of machinery, equipment and construction work (Inspection Qualification)
  7. Coordinate/control performance testing of machinery and equipment after installation (Operation Qualification).
  8. Control the contractor's project operations. External service providers according to scope of work, budget, duration according to plan
  9. Solve various problems during project implementation (Change Request, Risk, Punch List, ect.)
  10. Prepare project progress reports/disbursement information monthly.
  11. Deliver work to the department that must take over the work: Coordinate training, manuals/documents for operations and maintenance. Warranty conditions
  12. Adopt a quality/safety system. to use in the project According to organizational policy and regulations of external agencies

Job Requirement

-  Bachelor's degree - Doctor 's degree in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Food Engineer, Agri-food Engineer  or related fields.

- 10+ years of experience

-Have Food manufacturing experiences.

- Have good English language skills.

- Computer skill: MS office, MS Project, Auto CAD, Sketchup
