Job Details :

This focus on the front end of technology development will include these key areas that generate concepts and develop projects in line with the Product Innovation Strategy, Insight Strategy, and Ideation Strategy. To lead and develop platform and technology demonstration in targeted areas and deciding to go/no go on starting systematic development. Investigate new/emerging technologies, innovations, and opportunities. Develop concepts into commercially viable product offerings that fit the current and future product portfolio in accordance with the concept stage gate development process and design rules. Manage for Project more than 100 million bath of Project Value, the specific project/responsibility/requirements are listed as follows:

To plan and develop the project idea. They need to create and lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage money, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members.

• Enterprise Management Project for PMO Project.
• Change Management Project.
• New System Development Project.
• Specialized Business Project.
• Value Activity Development Project.
• Risk and production cost reduction Project.
• Knowledge of both domestic and global business.
• Project management both domestic and global projects etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the implement the front end of the innovation process to identify and reach decisions on platform and transformation technologies. Investigate new /  emerging technologies, innovations, and opportunities, increase company knowledge, and gather Insight.
• Use the Core Competency approach to company technical strengths (R&D, Manufacturing, Process/Engineering) and share these with the organization.
• Assist in the handover of developed concepts to the team. Provide support to Research and Development (R&D) functions where required.
• Filter and check the feasibility of concepts. Communication with external/open innovation sources.
• Development of innovation/concept in a cost-efficient and timely manner and in accordance with the company.  Maintain project records and electronically file. Regular reporting of project status and attend regular project reviews.
• Propose production test methods and draft Product Design Specification (PDS) as directed
• Works on complex goals that require effort to define and organize. Responsible for defining and leading the project to deliver the solution.
• Effective business acumen. Translates business needs to projects and teams effectively. Can communicate the impact of the projects and tools effectively to peers in other functional areas. Develop and maintain a network of technology thought leaders and facilitate discussions of the company with this network.
• Provide regular updates on activities and learning across the Operations, and Marketing teams at a schedule agreed upon with the team. Identify and champion opportunities for open Innovation by providing a concise technical and business overview with potential impacts on the company.
• Business acumen: contributes to tactical discussions in a product area.
• Be the primary identified leading institutions in targeted fields and commissioning specific Research for R&D or evaluating their potential offerings; specifically leading scope definition, budgets, timelines, and Intellectual Property (IP) conditions with the rest of the company.
• Champion opportunities for new platform technology development by providing a concise technical and business overview with potential impacts to the company.
• Assist in the delivery of all department and company objectives.
• Prepare invention disclosures and must champion safety.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree -  Doctoral' s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Engineering, or related field. An advanced technical degree or Ph.D. is strongly preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management
• Competent in the use of design software.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing, Manufacturing Technology.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technology to potential business impacts.
• Knowledge in Business Process Management.
• Demonstrated success with creating a technology platform or new business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• Fluence in English Communication
• Ability to lead and manage engineering team well.
• Competence in managing multiple new investment projects .

Remark: Work 6 days a week with flexible day off 2 Saturdays per month.
