Your MissionAs our Creative Art Director, you will be the creative leader responsible for shaping how we look, feel, and communicate to the world. You'll translate brand and business strategy into compelling visual systems, lead creative direction across campaigns and channels, and elevate the quality and consistency of all creative outputs — while staying hands-on where it matters.

What You'll Own

  • Define and evolve our visual direction across brand, campaigns, packaging, trade, and digital channels.
  • Lead creative concepts from idea to execution, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Performance, and Product teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Guide and review creative outputs from designers, freelancers, and external agencies.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are clear, scalable, and consistently applied across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee creative execution for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key commercial moments.
  • Balance creativity with commercial objectives — designing work that inspires and performs.
  • Explore new creative formats, trends, and AI tools to keep design fresh and innovative.
  • Ensure speed, accuracy, and detail in every execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in creative design, with at least 2–3 years in an Art Director or Creative Lead role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and multi-channel execution (digital + offline).
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, color, and brand identity.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable directing motion, video, and photography.
  • Strategic thinker — able to connect creative ideas to brand and business goals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills — able to inspire, guide, and give clear feedback.
  • Collaborative mindset — works seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • AI-curious — open to leveraging tools for design productivity and creative ideation.
  • Proactive, agile, and hands-on — able to own projects end-to-end.
