Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Strategic Planning

  2. Analyze external data (business trends, competitors, regulations and customer needs) and internal data (SWOT Analysis), and propose them to the executives for the Company's strategic planning.

  3. Arrange annual strategy formation workshop for high-level executives to summarize the Company's strategic direction.
  4. Review corporate business plans and present annual corporate KPIs and strategic initiatives by focusing on utilizing capital and human resources most effectively.
  5. Monitor key corporate KPIs and track performance of key projects, as well as troubleshoot any obstacles from achieving corporate KPIs.
  6. Manage corporate strategic plans, revise the plans or present the revised plans to be appropriate with the changing business environment.
  7. Present the strategic plans and analysis to the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and other related Committees as well as as assigned.

2.Strategic Project Management

  • Provide suggestions and advice to team members as well as performing duties related to the Company's strategic planning and corporate plans as assigned.
  • Perform duties as Project Manager/Project Analyst to operate projects by coordinating with related business units to formulate the plans in terms of scope, timeline and required supports and budget.
  • Present creative ideas for products and services which are the innovation for the industry as well as developing the business model and collaboration model with related business partners.
  • Present the business model or project management guidelines to achieve the objectives under the specified conditions.

Qualifications : Senior Level

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields from recognized university
  • 4-6 years of work experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Marketing Strategy, Business Consulting or Project Management
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Fluent communication and presentation in both Thai and English
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to mobilize the team with diverse background and experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good team working, highly motivated and proactive, good analytical skills and numerical abilities
