Title: Fixed Assets

Level: Section Manager

Location: Samut Sakhon

Responsibilities

  • Analyze asset data and ensure that asset records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Compile documents related to asset transactions such as purchases, sales, disposals, and transfers.
  • Transfer construction in progress to be fixed asset items.
  • Manage recording assets and accounts payable in SAP.
  • Calculate monthly asset depreciation.
  • Manage asset labeling.
  • Prepare fixed asset register and related information for the related parties and support the periodic physical sight or audits of assets.
  • Offer advice and guidance to other departments regarding asset management and accounting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of fixed assets management and accounting standards (TFRS) and financial reporting.
  • At least 5-6 years experience in Manufacturing will be advantage.
  • Professional in Excel (Pivot, V look-up, any basic Excel functions).
  • Proficiency in SAP module AA and FI would be advantage.
  • Good command in English skill.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
