  • Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) who can influence potential players. Execute KOL marketing projects across diverse channels.
  • Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies
  • Identify and build relationships with KOLs
  • Source new KOLs for the "Creator Program" and manage the program smoothly
  • Research relevant industry experts, audience, and users to match KOLs with our game
  • Brainstorm creative KOL campaign approaches
  • Track emerging trends, technologies, and KOLs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on KOL partnerships
  • Monitor campaigns, ensure contract compliance, and drive improvements
  • Handle paperwork (payments, KOL contracts)

  • Provide consultation on KOL marketing operations

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business / Marketing a plus)

  • At least 2 years of experience in KOL / Influencer management with good understanding of KOL marketing and KOL work styles
  • Experienced in gaming or related industry with strong passion in games. Shooter games are preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Organized, good time management, able to work overtime
  • Strong interpersonal & networking skills
  • Detail-oriented, creative, problem solver
  • Cheerful, proactive, team player, works well under pressure in fast-paced environments
