Responsibilities
  • Review and verify accounting records including General Ledger, Balance Sheet, AR, AP, advance expenses, and internal transfers.
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Compile supporting schedules and details for monthly financial statements.
  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing in accordance with accounting standards (NPAEs/PAEs).
  • Perform cost allocation to relevant cost centers and ensure accuracy in recording.
  • Prepare and review tax reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS 9, 15, 16).
  • Collaborate with auditors, finance team, and other departments to support audits and internal controls.
  • Provide guidance and training to accounting staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in General Ledger accounting
  • Solid knowledge of accounting standards (PAEs) and familiarity with TFRS 9, 15, and 16.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (experience in SAP or ERP systems is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
