Job Description:

1. Monitor, review, and control accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
2. Issue and verify tax invoices, credit notes, and other accounting-related documents.
3. Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and prepare regular payment reports.
4. Reconcile accounting records with customer payment transactions to ensure proper posting.
5. Check customer credit limits and control credit approval processes.
6. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and collection issues.
7. Verify customer rebate entitlements according to contracts or trade agreements.
8. Track and monitor rebate programs to ensure compliance with company policies.
9. Prepare summary rebate reports by customer and by period for management review.
10. Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for all rebate-related transactions and Support other finance and accounting activities as assigned.

Prepare and submit financial and collection reports directly to the Finance Head Department as scheduled.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 years experience in Accounts Receivable or related financial functions.
• Experience in rebate accounting or working in a sales-driven company is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems such as SAP is preferred.
• Good command of Thai and Chinese (HSK5/HSK6)
