Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events (roadshows, seminars, campaigns).
  • Provide on-site support: manage registration, welcome guests, handle logistics, and distribute giveaways.
  • Serve as MC / Stage Host or support stage duties when required.
  • Be able to travel and support events held outside Bangkok / in other provinces.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, POs, PRs, and reports.
  • Support event promotion activities including social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Manage stock of merchandise and promotional materials.
  • Collect participant data and feedback during and after events.
  • Prepare summary reports for analysis and improvement of future events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.
  • Good personality and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in public speaking (MC experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Thai and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Proficiency in Office Program.
  • Must be able to work on weekends/public holidays (event days only).
  • Candidates with MC or stage-hosting experience will be given special consideration.
