Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer data to identify trends, managing customer accounts, overseeing CRM systems, devising targeted marketing and sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to improve customer experience while achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
  • Proven expertise in sales and market segmentation to devise tailored customer strategies
  • Project management capabilities to lead and deliver CRM initiatives effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and technologies is a plus
  • Experience in customer engagement and retention strategies
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in the automotive or mobility solutions industry is advantageous
