Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager at AIRA Factoring Public Company Limited, located at Spring Tower, Bangkok (near BTS Ratchathewi).

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting factoring and credit-related services to SMEs. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, conducting financial analyses, preparing credit proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Assistant Relationship Manager in a Banking or Financial Institution.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid sales experience in SME loans or housing loans.
  • Proactive in acquiring new clients (Relationship Hunter).
  • Ability to expand business volume and strengthen relationships with existing customers (Relationship Builder / Service).
  • Good knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Strong ability to analyze clients' financial statements and prepare credit proposals for approval.
  • Able to drive with a valid driver's license.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in Thai and at least intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Candidates with banking experience, especially in SME lending, will be given special consideration.
