  • Implement visual merchandising to follow brand's guideline.
  • Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
  • Act in alignment to the organization's culture, products, image and target market.
  • Oversee and maintain in store VM and communicate to the staffs on arranging displays.
  • Partner with store management team to monitor merchandise sell through and replenishment utilizing sales reports.
  • Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
  • Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends.
Qualifications
  • Fashion Design graduated or has passion in fast-fashioned industry.
  • Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser will be a plus.
  • Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
  • Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays and signs.
  • Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
