What you'll do

You'll lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of cyber security governance frameworks — covering policies, controls, and regulatory compliance. Acting as the bridge between technology and regulation, you'll ensure that every initiative aligns with security best practices and Thai financial regulations. You'll oversee audits, risk assessments, and vendor governance while supporting the delivery of secure digital banking services.

What you'll need

  • 8+ years' experience in IT or Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) within financial services
  • Strong knowledge of
    Bank of Thailand IT and cybersecurity regulations
    ,
    PDPA
    , and frameworks such as
    ISO 27001
    ,
    NIST
    , or
    COBIT
  • Experience developing and enforcing IT or security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable governance initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence across all levels
  • Native Thai speaker with fluent English
