About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on HR work and can manage multiple responsibilities, especially in recruitment, payroll, and work permit processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings.
  • Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.

2. Payroll & Compensation

  • Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with Accounting to ensure correct salary, allowance, and overtime calculations.
  • Maintain employee data, time attendance, and related payroll documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws regarding salary and benefits.

3. Work Permit & Visa Management

  • Manage work permits, visa, and related documentation for foreign employees.
  • Liaise with government offices to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
  • Provide guidance to foreign employees regarding required documents and timelines.

4. HR Operations & Generalist Duties

  • Support HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and HRIS data.
  • Support training coordination and HR administrative tasks.
  • Provide HR advice to employees across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
  • Experience with recruitment, payroll, and work permit/visa processes is required.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) – ability to work directly with foreigner management.
  • Good understanding of Thai labor law.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks without supervision.
  • The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, and creative.
  • Experience in real estate / property / construction / Manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
