As we continue expanding across Southeast Asia, we are hiring an HR Generalist to support our growing operations in Thailand.

The Role

As an HR Generalist, you will support a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive employee experience. You will handle HR coordination, employee support, and administrative tasks, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, document management, and employee life-cycle processes.
  • Assist with recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting candidate communication.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee records.
  • Support internal HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and policy implementation.
  • Provide timely assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support HR programs and cross-department needs.

Ideal Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, admin, or related functions.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information.
