About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team at Day Foods Co.,LTD. In this full-time position based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Hospitality company's HR initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training & development
  2. Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees on various policies and procedures
  3. Assisting in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals
  4. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  5. Managing SSO, work permits and visas for all employees
  6. Preparing payroll cycle calculations, including salaries, overtime, tips and service charge
  7. Continuously identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance HR processes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in English and Thai, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Experience in administering HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  5. Proficient in HR information systems and data management
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
