Regional Social enterprise  Customer service and fulfilment role with supervisory functions. Exposure to Business Development and AI/Technology Projects.

• First month full time in-office orientation/induction (10am-7pm, Silom Edge  Mon-Fri)
• Supported by Admin and Finance Staff reporting to you
• Must be able to manage all packing and logistics,  travel to Silom Post Office Daily and personal customer deliveries where required

Vensure Medical is a Social Enterprise SME registered in Singapore helping over 4000 clients in Asia to achieve legal, affordable and reliable sexual healthcare since We partner with the Thailand Government Pharmaceutical Organisation and are authorised agents for their Pharmaceutical Products in Asia.

With regionally 7 employees and 3 in Thailand, we are looking for a candidates have full working rights for Thailand with good command in English to join our team as the Regional Fulfilment Senior Manager under flexible working arrangements and supervising the Finance Manager to manage government SSO/RD/DBD affairs and overseeing overall Thailand operations on our office in Silom.

This is a not a sales role but we offer pay proportionate to effort amount on satisfactory customer service provided from inquiry to fufilment of clients , receiving the order on time and in professional packaging conditions.

Work Scope

• Compliant with legal requirements
• Fulfilment of all clients globally - Responsible for professional packing and delivery to our clients DAILY through courier partners (ie thaipost) (Average number of parcels sent a day 5-10)
• Ensuring manpower resources and business continuity during absence from work
• Personal delivery for clients visiting BKK
• Manage efficiency, cost and successful delivery for maximum customer satisfaction
• Customer service and order management English from Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong - along with other customer service officer managing other countries
• Book-keeping and tracking of records of all orders and delivery, and monitoring of deliveries to ensure issues are rectified with clients via Logistics and Accounting System
• Ensure Government submissions and compliance for FY reports and any other business matters (ie taxes/VAT/WHT and employee registrations)
• Source vendors/supporting staff to deliver the required outcomes within budget
• Support company general business activities
• Manage government related documentations/submissions/liaison
• Office setup and operations and management of local business partners
• Expected to work in office daily for first month as much as possible as onboarding
• Strong proactive communication and tasks management with Managing Director, stakeholders and supervised staff
• Able to work on New year and Songkran period or arrange for dedicated cover during those periods

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year commitment required
• Hands-on and experience in Logistics in packing and delivery products to clients
• Tech-savvy and experienced in using ERP (Business inventory/accounting/e-commerce back-end systems)
• Keen desire to develop and drive AI systems/solutions
• Professional demeanor with strong integrity and values
• Commitment to excellent customer service via channels like ecommerce back ofice, Meta Inbox (Messenger IG Whatsapp ) , Official Line Accounts, emails
• Ability to assist clients across Asia to complete orders successfully
• High attention to detail
• Staff management or Supervisory experience
• Strong process formulation and decision-making skills
• Passion for logistics, partnerships, and business growth.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical and Medical services industry preferred
• Regulatory Affairs of medical products advantageous

We have flexible working hours/location and focus on outcome/delivery of quality work outputs. No sales required other than business development where applicable. Additional bonuses for work done per client, Mobile Allowance , team incentives , and other personal incentives subject to company overall monthly performance.

Pay: Expect min all-inclusive ฿45,000.00 per month upwards (Monthly allowances + incentives - pay by workload)

Expected hours: No more than 40 hours (or 5 days combined a week) with full autonomy of working location and time as long as outcomes are met.
