 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible, 8 hours per day).

About the Role

The Fulfillment Officer ensures timely, accurate, and efficient delivery operations. Key duties include delivery preparation, route planning, coordination with warehouse and drivers, monitoring deliveries, and managing delivery documents. The role works closely within the logistics and operations team and will gradually gain exposure to selected inbound and stock-related tasks to ensure operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Fulfillment Operations (Core)

• Coordinate delivery preparation and required documents.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes.
• Coordinate internal drivers and external couriers.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Ensure POD collection and follow-up.
• Provide internal delivery updates.

2. Warehouse & Picking Coordination

• Coordinate picking priorities and timelines.
• Support Stock Controller in case of discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are ready on time for dispatch.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Align delivery requirements with Sales Admin and Accounting.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Service Provider on daily operations.

4. Delivery Issue Handling

• Handle delivery-related problems (delays, wrong items, shortages).
• Support corrective actions and workflow improvements.

5. End-to-End Logistics Exposure (as needed)

• Gradually learn key inbound logistics steps.
• Support Stock Controller during peak periods or absence.
• Develop basic understanding of stock management and ERP updates.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, delivery coordination, warehouse operations, or fulfillment.
• Experience coordinating drivers and working with delivery service providers.
• Experience with SAP B1 systems (SO/DO processes) preferred.
• Exposure to inbound logistics, import workflows, or inventory processes is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong delivery planning and operational coordination skills.
• Confident handling time-sensitive or urgent delivery issues.
• Reliable, systematic, and detail-oriented.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, especially in daily operational situations.
• Strong communication skills (Thai required; English ability preferred).
• Willingness to learn inbound logistics and stock management for broader operational coverage.
