Assistant Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in areas such as Smart Building, Data Center, ELV, IoT, and Building Automation.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and project pipelines to formulate effective business development strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, vendors, and system partners.
• Collaborate with presales and engineering teams to create customized end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements.
• Review RFPs, TORs, and BOQs to prepare commercial and technical proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal development, presentation, negotiation, to project closing.
• Work closely with technology partners (e.g., Cisco, Schneider, Siemens, Huawei, HPE, Honeywell, etc.) to build comprehensive integrated solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Project, Engineering, and PMO teams to ensure seamless handover and project execution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitive market analyses to support management decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within System Integrator, ICT, or Building Automation industries.
• Strong understanding of ICT Infrastructure, ELV Systems, BMS, IoT, and Smart Building technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise or turnkey solution projects is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
