Overview of the Role:
We are looking for an
HR Manager
to shape the way we attract, develop, and retain top talent in our fast-growing Tech & Startup environment. You'll work closely with teams and leadership to create a people-first culture that empowers a young, dynamic workforce to learn, innovate, and make real impact. This role combines hands-on HR and talent management with advisory support on people strategy, helping our organization grow while nurturing the next generation of leaders.
Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, product
managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, etc.)
· Partner closely with the team and leadership to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
· Support and execute recruitment strategies using appropriate sourcing channels to attract high-
quality talent.
· Screen and interview candidates, assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
· Provide guidance on compensation expectations and lead professional offer negotiations.
· Support employer branding initiatives aligned with a Tech & Advisory company image.
· Build strong relationships with candidates by providing a high-quality recruitment experience.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with labor
laws.
· Prepare and manage employment-related documents, including employment contracts
· Act as an HR advisor, providing consultation and responding to employee and manager inquiries on HR
policies, welfare programs, and employee relations.
· Coordinate with external parties and relevant government agencies as required.
· Support onboarding activities and contribute to company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
· At least 5 years of HR experience or
Talent Acquisition
, especially in fast-paced environments
·
Well-organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Strong understanding of organizational context, with the ability to propose solutions that create
value for both the company and the candidate.
· Highly detail-oriented and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
· In-depth knowledge of HR management, labor law, and best practices in HR operations.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Proficient in both Thai and English communication.
