We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate is a local Thai national with 1-3 years of experience across overall HR functions, and is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin). This role requires hands-on involvement in HR operations and the ability to support both employees and management effectively in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Support and implement HR initiatives related to compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for HR-related services and processes.
  • Act as a communication bridge between Thai employees and Chinese-speaking managers to support alignment and understanding.
  • Maintain and update HR documents, employee files, and HRIS systems.
  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with Thai labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in organizational planning activities, including supporting org chart updates and headcount tracking.
  • Assist in HR reports, analysis, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in overall HR functions.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written. English proficiency is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
