Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a CI consultant to plant-level CI Engineers, providing guidance, tools, methodologies, and coaching to improve implementation effectiveness.
  • Develop and drive corporate CI strategies, frameworks, and standards (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, BGC-X, etc.) to ensure alignment across all plants.
  • Conduct CI capability building through training, workshops, and structured coaching sessions for plant CI and production teams.
  • Monitor CI project progress from each plant, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
  • Lead cross-plant CI initiatives and special improvement projects that require corporate-level coordination.
  • Analyze group-wide performance data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate best-practice sharing among plants, ensuring knowledge transfer and standardization of successful practices.
  • Support the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), and technical guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Productivity Center to align policy direction, report progress, and drive CI culture across the organization.
  • Prepare improvement reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support continuous improvement and operational excellence at the group level.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or corporate CI/production systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt is an advantage).
  • Experience coaching or consulting CI teams in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess plant performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-plant projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel to plants (Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, etc.) as required.
