Ecommerce Operations Lead
and shape the success of fast-growing ecommerce businesses, this role puts you at the center of operations and client engagement—leading a skilled EcOps team, driving pricing, promotions, catalog, orders and inventory, and partnering closely with clients to unlock growth. Key Responsibilities
Team & Operations Leadership
● Lead, mentor, and manage the Ecommerce Operations team.
● Oversee and ensure flawless execution of catalog management, promotions setup, order processing, and inventory tracking.
● Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
● Monitor and maintain KPIs, ensuring adherence to SLAs and delivering quality outcomes.
● Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure accuracy across listings, pricing, and reporting.
Client-Facing Role
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all ecommerce operational matters.
● Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable operational strategies.
● Prepare and present business and operational performance reports to clients.
● Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or challenges and resolve them with clients.
● Build strong partnerships by providing actionable insights and recommendations to support client growth.
Reporting & Insights
● Deliver accurate and timely operational reports and dashboards.
● Provide data-driven insights for performance optimization and business growth.
● Support senior management with strategic inputs for scaling operations.
Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: 5+ years in ecommerce operations with proven experience in leading teams and handling client-facing responsibilities.
● Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis); hands-on with ecommerce platforms/marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in Thai and English; strong presentation skills for client interactions.
● Leadership: Ability to mentor, coach, and manage a high-performing team.
● Client Management: Strong relationship-building skills and experience working directly with clients.
● Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with ability to manage complex issues independently.
● Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
