Agency Business Manager (Non-Life Insurance)

Location: Bangkok

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Business Manager to drive the growth of our non-life insurance business through a strong network of life insurance agents and agency leaders.

This position plays a key role in developing and implementing business strategies, building partnerships, and achieving sustainable sales performance across the agency network.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand non-life insurance sales through existing life insurance agency channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with life insurance agents, agency leaders, and key business partners.
  • Identify potential agency partners and lead initiatives to recruit, train, and activate new producers.
  • Drive sales performance through effective coaching, motivation, and field engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including Product, Marketing, Training, and Operations — to support agents and enhance business productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in life insurance agency management, business development, or sales leadership.
  • Strong network and relationships within the life insurance industry, including agents and agency leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage sales performance and achieve business targets.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with non-life insurance products or cross-selling strategies will be an advantage.
