Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving commercial initiatives, and managing cross-functional projects to support company growth. This role suits someone with strong business acumen, execution ability, and a passion for innovation and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, potential partners, and market trends to support company expansion
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, partnership models, and growth initiatives
  • Lead business development projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Operations, Tech) to deliver end-to-end solutions and successful project outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support the Head of Business Development with strategic planning and team development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, product strategy, or a related role
  • Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong analytical ability
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, lending, or startup environment is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
