About the role

As a Product Manager at NIPPON PAINT D-ACT CO., LTD.', you will play a crucial role in developing and managing the company's innovative product offerings. This full-time position is based in Samut Sakhon and is responsible for driving the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our product portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the entire product lifecycle, including market research, positioning, pricing, product launches, and phase-outs.
  2. Develop and execute marketing plans and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  3. Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, website management, and content for platforms like Facebook & TikTok) to boost brand visibility and generate quality leads.
  4. Create marketing materials, customer presentations, product brochures, and industry-focused content.
  5. Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Technical teams to align product strategy with market needs and technical capabilities.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in product management and B2B marketing, preferably in coatings, paints, or chemical-related industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
