Sausage Maker – Food Production

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Sausage Maker to oversee daily production of cooked sausages (e.g., Frankfurter, Brühwurst). The ideal candidate has experience in meat processing and a passion for maintaining precise quality and workflow standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Workflow


• Select, cut, weigh, and salt meat according to recipes and production orders.


• Process meat in the bowl cutter (sequence: meat, ice, fat, spices) while maintaining required temperatures (max. 10 °C).


• Fill sausage batter into casings and operate smoking/cooking chambers (core temperature 70 °C).


• Cool, label, and store finished products for full traceability.


• Package and label products with all required information.


• Support delivery preparation and ensure hygiene and temperature compliance.

Quality, Hygiene & Documentation


• Follow all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).


• Maintain cold chain (0–4 °C) and record all production data.


• Clean and disinfect tools and machines after each product change.


• Cooperate with the Quality Manager and report any deviations immediately.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Proven experience in sausage or meat production.


• Butcher's apprenticeship or equivalent training preferred.


• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and temperature control.


• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
