Holiday Inn Express Thonglor
We are seeking a capable and hands-on General Manager to lead Holiday Inn Express Thonglor, a new hotel opening in one of Bangkok's most vibrant lifestyle districts.
This role is ideal for a locally based hotel leader with strong operational discipline and a passion for delivering consistent guest experiences within a focused, efficient operating model. The General Manager will play a key role in the pre-opening phase and in establishing the hotel as a strong, well-performing operation.
The Role- Lead the pre-opening phase and transition the hotel into full operations.
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day hotel operations, financial performance, and brand compliance.
- Build, lead, and develop a motivated local team aligned with the Holiday Inn Express culture.
- Ensure delivery of a reliable, efficient, and high-quality guest experience.
- Work closely with the owner and IHG support teams to meet agreed business objectives.
- Maintain strong controls across costs, standards, safety, and compliance.
- Local Thai national currently based in Bangkok.
- Proven experience as a General Manager, or significant experience as a Hotel Manager / Deputy General Manager in a full-service hotel environment.
- Strong operational background with good commercial awareness.
- Comfortable working in a lean operating model and hands-on environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build trust with owners and teams.
- Good understanding of the Bangkok hotel market.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
