As we enter our next phase of growth, were seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance & Accounting to join our executive team and lead the financial backbone of our operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll work directly with the CEO and senior leaders to steer financial strategy, ensure compliance, and build a world-class finance function that supports sustainable growth.

Your leadership will shape how we scale, invest, and deliver value across our operations and client engagements.

What You'll Own

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead long-range planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Deliver data-driven dashboards and KPIs to guide company-wide decisions.

Financial Operations & Control

  • Oversee budgeting, cash flow, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate financial statements aligned with Thai and international standards.
  • Strengthen internal controls and safeguard company assets.

Thai Tax & Regulatory Compliance

  • Be the go-to expert on Thai financial regulations, corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax.
  • Manage audits and liaise with the Thai Revenue Department and external regulators.
  • Develop SOPs to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risk.

Team Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Collaborate with departments like Marketing and Project Management to monitor budgets and optimize performance.
What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or higher in Finance/Accounting. CPA or ACCA certification required.
  • 10+ years in finance, with 35 years in senior leadership (e.g., Head of Finance, Controller).
  • Deep expertise in Thai financial regulations and corporate taxation.
  • Big 4 experience is a plus.
  • Background in tech, consulting, or MNC environments preferred.

Language Skills

  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
  • Vietnamese fluency is a strong advantage.
