We are seeking a high-caliber finance leader to partner with the CEO in sustaining profitability, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency in a dynamic, publicly listed environment.

Position Overview

The Head of Corporate Finance is the CEO's strategic finance partner, responsible for end-to-end financial governance, cost leadership, and performance transparency across the Group.

  2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  3. Costing, Budgeting & Internal Controls

  4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  5. Investor Relations & Compliance

  6. Risk Management

Formal Education


•  Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Experience and Qualification Profile

Core Experience


•  Minimum 15 years of accounting and financial management experience.


•  Minimum 5 years with full accountability for the accuracy of all financial reports in manufacturing company(ies).


•  Minimum 3 years managing costing, corporate budgeting, and internal controls in medium-sized listed company(ies).


•  Well experienced in SAP HANA 4


•  Prior external audit experience with manufacturing clients – a plus, not required.

Other Qualifications and Essential Skills


•  Proven ability to oversee smooth coordination among divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates.


•  Strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable management information.


•  Expertise in managerial accounting


•  Demonstrated success in optimizing workflows and reducing manual processes.


•  Sharp judgment to identify risk and reward in operational and financial decisions.


•  Effective and efficient leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams.
