At Happio Co., Ltd., we are looking for more than just a salesperson. We are looking for a Strategic Partner to bridge the gap between our creative internal teams and our clients across the CLMV (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam) region.
If you are a planner at heart, a people-person by nature, and a project manager by discipline, this is the perfect role for you. You will play a key role in designing impactful marketing strategies and ensuring data-driven execution that builds our reputation regionally.
What You'll Do (Your Mission)1. Unlock New Opportunities (Business Development)
- Be the face of Happio in the CLMV market Identify potential B2B clients and key decision-makers.
- Work with our Content & Media teams to build smart, automated lead databases.
- Network, reach out, and open doors to new exciting partnerships.
2. Be the Brains Behind the Strategy
- Dive deep into client needs turn abstract goals into clear, measurable KPIs.
- Collaborate with our creative teams to craft strategic communication plans that tell a compelling story.
- Lead the pitch Present your strategies with confidence, handle Q&As, and win the room.
- Practice makes perfect: Run internal sessions to refine messaging before the big meeting.
3. Make Things Happen (Project Management)
- Take ownership. Develop briefs, timelines, and action plans for internal and outsourced teams.
- Manage the budget and resources to ensure high-quality work that stays profitable.
- Keep everyone on the same page. You are the central hub ensuring smooth delivery and transparency.
- Analyze performance reports and turn data into "wisdom" for future campaigns.
4. Grow & Evolve
- Stay ahead of the curve. Keep up with the latest marketing tools, AI applications, and CLMV trends.
- Share your wins (and lessons) with the team to help us all get smarter together.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years in Account Management, Strategic Planning, or Marketing (Agency experience is plus).
- Welcome new grads.
- Language: Good in English.
- Skills: Strong project management, excellent storytelling/presentation skills, and a data-driven mindset.
