Location: Thailand

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP CO Consultant to join our SAP project team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong business process knowledge, and a proactive consulting mindset.

The Team

You will be part of a collaborative SAP project team, contributing across functional and technical areas to successfully achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Role Overview

As a Senior SAP CO Consultant, you will lead SAP Controlling (CO) implementations with a strong focus on Product Costing, business process mapping, and cross-module integration.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead requirement gathering sessions and document AS-IS business processes


• Analyze and design TO-BE business processes aligned with SAP best practices


• Map client business processes to SAP CO standard processes


• Configure and implement the SAP CO module, including client-specific settings


• Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA CO implementations with integration to other modules


• Coordinate closely with other SAP modules and third-party systems


• Ensure high-quality configuration, SIT, unit testing, and documentation


• Prepare project documentation, training materials, and testing scripts


• Proactively identify risks, discuss critical issues with clients, and propose effective solutions


• Support successful project delivery in line with timelines and quality standards

What You'll Bring


• 7+ years of experience in SAP CO (S/4HANA)


• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO implementation, especially Product Costing


• Proven end-to-end implementation experience


• Completed at least 4 full life-cycle SAP implementations


• Excellent configuration knowledge of SAP CO


• Solid understanding of interfaces and cross-module integrations


• Strong skills in business requirements gathering, blueprinting, and solution design


• Experience creating project documentation, training materials, and unit testing assets


• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
