ค้าปลีกออนไลน์สินค้าเมคอัพและสกินแคร์จากเกาหลีแบรนด์: hince, Tony Moly, Javin De Seoul

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities):

1.บริหารและดูลภาพรวมควบคุมการทำงานของทีม Shipping & Fulfillment ให้ดำเนินงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และจัดส่งสินค้าได้ตามเวลาที่กำหนด

2.วางแผนและพัฒนาระบบการทำงานด้านการจัดส่งและสต็อกสินค้า เพื่อลดความผิดพลาดจากการทำงานแบบ Manual

3.ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่งทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เพื่อให้การจัดส่งเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและตามมาตรฐาน

4.ตรวจสอบเอกสารนำเข้า เช่น Commercial Invoice และ Packing List เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการนำเข้าและการจัดส่ง (บริษัทจ้างout source ในการดำเนินงาน)

5.ดูแลและประสานงานด้านเอกสารกฎระเบียบ รวมถึงการขึ้นทะเบียนสินค้า กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เช่น สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (FDA) (บริษัทจ้างout source ในการดำเนินงาน)

6.ติดต่อและประสานงานกับแบรนด์คู่ค้า เพื่อขอเอกสารที่จำเป็น เช่น Formula และ Letter of Authorization (LOA)

7.ให้การสนับสนุนงานธุรการทั่วไป และปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Qualifications):

1.ทุกเพศ อายุ 28–35 ปี วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาต้องมีประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการทีมอย่างน้อย 2–3 ปีขึ้นไปเท่านั้น

2.มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้าน การนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ เข้าใจงานเอกสาร ระบบ และขั้นตอนจริง

3.เคยเป็นหัวหน้าทีมตัวจริง ไม่ใช่แค่ตำแหน่ง แต่ ลงมือคุมงาน แก้ปัญหา และรับแรงกดดันได้

4.บุคลิก เฟียส มั่นใจ เด็ดขาด กล้าชน กล้าตัดสินใจ และกล้า fight ให้ลูกทีม ไม่ปล่อยให้ทีมโดนกดหรือโดนโยนปัญหา

5.สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี คุยงานกับเจ้านายและคู่ค้าต่างประเทศได้จริง ไม่ใช่แค่เขียนอีเมล

6.มีสกิลประสานงานและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าระดับมืออาชีพ เอาอยู่ทุกสถานการณ์
