Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Supervisor to support the HR Manager in managing HR functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and other HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work closely with employees and management to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily HR operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development.
  • Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, including preparing documentation and facilitating smooth integration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, agreements, and training documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing, verify compensation data, and liaise with payroll service providers.
  • Manage employee benefits, including leave, medical coverage, per diem, reimbursements, and annual leave tracking.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure quality HR services.
  • Support administrative tasks and company events as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR & Administration, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, or related HR functions.
  • Experience in HR operations in a multinational organization or new plant setup is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Professional business etiquette for internal and external interactions.

Languages:

  • Fluent in Thai and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
