Our client is an International Organization looking for suitable candidate to assume responsibility in:


• Providing administrative and operational support on the coordination and implementation of the project.


• Ensuring day to day running of the project administrative and operational activities.


• Supporting in project related logistical services such as flight and hotel bookings.


• Maintain up to date files, records and documentation of project materials.


• Support in monitoring and tracking program budgets.


• Assist in preparing budget reports and financial documentation related to program expenditures.


• Work closely with the designated staff to ensure the smooth organization of all project and organization activities such as meetings, workshops, conferences.


• Manage and maintain various project calendars and schedules.


• Prepare correspondence, files, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.


• Proof-read, edit, translate (Thai – English – Thai) and draft reports, correspondence, website material, and other relevant documents and material as required.


• Communicate information internally with Management and co-workers, and externally with affiliates and suppliers.


• Perform such other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Regional Office Manager.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree. Education field and/or in international development is a plus.


• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a not-for-profit, trade union environment or similar.


• Ability to work fluently in both written and spoken English and Thai. Knowledge of any additional languages would be advantage.
