Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Project Manager located in Bangkok City, Thailand, or Singapore. The Program Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution while ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating expediting activities, managing logistics, and ensuring timely project completion. The role requires frequent collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and deliverables. Application and follow-up on the granting of government approval to import and install sensitive communications equipment is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management and related skills
  • Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting tasks
  • Expertise in Logistics Management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bangkok City, Thailand or Singapore
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluent spoken, reading, and writing English is essential
  • Experience in the security sector is a plus
  • No business visa or work permit/EP will be provided in Thailand or Singapore
