Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Team Leader with strong technical expertise and a hands-on approach. In this role, you will lead the implementation of technical solutions, optimize data integration across existing systems, and champion best practices in technology and security. You will also collaborate with key partners to ensure services meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and improve technology best practices, ensuring security compliance through direct technical execution.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Optimize existing systems and data integrations for efficiency and reliability.
  • Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards; deliver complex data analysis and ad hoc reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, improve reporting accuracy across platforms and reduce manual work.
  • Lead technical implementation of project changes and system upgrades.
  • Accountable for and oversee daily cloud operations—including routine maintenance, incident/problem/change/crisis management, and disaster recovery—across multiple technologies and cloud environments, ensuring cost-effectiveness, scalability, security, performance, and high-quality, stable services.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure service quality and timely delivery, holding them accountable for performance.
  • Design the best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support the overall technology organization
  • Lead the team towards compliance with IT Risk & Security policies, ensuring that platform services comply with security requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years' proven experience in a similar role, preferably within retail store environments.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and/or supporting e-commerce systems.
  • Strong expertise in cloud technologies for hosting IT systems and services, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience working with relational databases, complex data sets and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server & Power BI), including database optimization, reporting performance, and stabilizing data integrations.
