Position : HR Officer (Chinese Speaking)

Location : Nong Yai, Chonburi

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, background checks, hiring approval, and onboarding.
  • Manage labor contracts, probation confirmation, resignation process, labor disputes, and employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Calculate monthly payroll (including OT and personal income tax), declare social security (SSF), workmen's compensation fund (WCF), and statutory benefits.
  • Coordinate visa and work permit matters for expatriates, facilitate cross-cultural communication solutions.
  • Organize new employee training, maintain training records, assist in performance appraisal, follow up on results, manage personnel files, and update HR policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher Business Administration, finance or any related field.
  • Knowledge: Hands-on experience with operation management would be advantage
  • Skills: Strong cross-cultural communication and management ability; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: Be able to communicate in Chinese
  • Be able to work Monday - Saturday (6 days)
