Highgate International School Thailand will open in August 2026. A premium international school located in the beautiful province of Chonburi, it will cater for students between the ages of 2 and 18.

Operated in partnership with Siam Motors Group and Highgate School, London, staff will enjoy access to a wide range of world-class facilities, to include a full-sized FIFA approved football pitch, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 450-seater auditorium, a black-box theatre, a STEM building and a Library and Digital Media Centre. They will draw upon a rich academic heritage spanning 460 years.

WORKPLACE: Banglamung in Chonburi (Near Siam Country Golf Course)

WORKING TIME: Monday - Friday (8:00-17:00)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilities & Maintenance Manager will:

· Oversee all building operations, maintenance, and major repairs in compliance with health and safety that meets legal requirements. (roof, electricity, elevator, plumbing, campus access, parking, playgrounds, canteen facilities, fire alarm, parking, lighting, fumigation, etc.)

· Ensure building compliance for all facility audits, property and liability insurance audits.

· Oversee coordination and management activities of all facility support staff.

· Coordinate and oversee all company staff training activities for safety, security, evacuations, building lockdown, gun safety and building code compliance.

· Coordinate and schedule all facility bookings and oversee all facility use for internal staff use, meetings, and special events.

· Monitor, order and procure supplies for building maintenance and office operations.

· Maintain all receipts, records and bid information to ensure that facility maintenance and operations are executed within budget.

· Oversee major building repairs and scheduled maintenance of facilities and equipment.

· Oversee staff parking lot assignments and building access and compliance.

· Handle all facility complaints and organizational service issues in a professional and courteous manner.

· To oversee the work of maintenance staff, and security guard in order to ensure that all tasks are completed in an effective manner and ensure smooth operation of the School.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Facilities & Maintenance Manager will:

· Bachelor's degree or related experience in Interior Design and/or Engineering/Environmental/Health/Safety, or similar

· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs

· Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

· Demonstrated skills and experience in providing leadership in managerial capacity.

· Demonstrated skills in providing excellent services to both internal and external constituents.

· Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
