Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in achievement of department and Company KPI
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Utilize maintenance logs to establish the proper Preventive Maintenance Plan
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to resolve issues and analyst to do Predictive Maintenance
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Manpower plan , Human Development and Successor Plan
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
  • Liaise among different section
  • Processes achievement management ,strive to reduce expenses and increase line availability
  • Control and maintain all utilities used in plant ex. Water balance, treatment, supply energy etc.
  • Join the all relate meeting.

Candidate Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant manufacturing/engineering degree (mechanical/ electrical/ electronic)
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in maintenance.
  • Previous managerial experience is need.
  • Good understanding of the technical features on PLC, machining process and factory utility, (automation and TPM  is a bonus)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), lean manufacturing.
  • Experience and authorized in energy saving responsible program.
  • Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L)
  • Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO45001, ISO 14001
