Job Description
Banking Operations - Transaction Banking is responsible for activities related to the operational groups that support the revenue generating business lines of the firm. The Corporate and Commercial Banking Operations function is responsible for the operational support to the Corporate and Commercial Banking business areas and/or products, including transaction banking. Responsibilities may include general account operations, loan closing, loan documentation & processing, and other related activities. The Transaction Banking Operations area is responsible for operations and related activities supporting the Transaction Banking business and/or products. The Trade Operations focus specializes trade services, letters of credit (L/Cs) operations, and product delivery. Trade services include opening and amending L/Cs, processing payments, and interfacing with customers regarding discrepancies or process problems to ensure smooth work flows.
