About PropertyScout:

We are building a real estate transaction platform enabling a trusted buying, selling, and renting experience. Basically, it is a super-app for real estate combining a technology platform with the human touch of professional agents similar to Grab. Peers in other markets are Beike in China (USD 32bn in valuation with 550k agents on the platform), Loft and Quinto Andar in Brazil (USD 3bn and 5bn valuation), or Square Yards in India. Their success is an inspiration for us to build the leading property transaction platform across Southeast Asia.

Our Thai-international co-founder team combines successful serial entrepreneurs (last company scaled to USD 150m in sales and 180 employees) with strong leadership and innovation expertise in the digital real estate space. We have raised a total of USD 9m in funding from international VCs and industry angel investors.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and evaluating potential candidates to join our organization. Also Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to hire various roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and identify potential candidates.
  • Review and screen numerous CVs from channels to find potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and pitch our job and evaluate their skills.
  • Schedule daily and weekly whether online or onsite interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates for the pre-employment process to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Create compelling job postings and promote them on social media and other online platforms.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates through social media interaction and networking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome or up to 1 year of proven experience in talent acquisition. Having mass recruitment experience would be a BIG plus.
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English and Thai skills.
  • Hands-on Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • High attention to detail, well organized with a sense of urgency and self-discipline.
  • Friendly, good mindset with Can-do attitude.
  • Proactive, result oriented and multitasking skills.
