Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Create and post job openings in Workday and other job platforms
  • Conduct initial resume screening based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Maintain and update candidate status in Workday accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage recruitment activities in Workday, including Job Requisition creation, Job Posting, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Offer Processing, and Hiring
  • Ensure accuracy of candidate data and required documents prior to hiring
  • Provide basic support for Workday recruitment-related inquiries from internal users
  • Prepare onboarding materials and documentation for new hires (pre-onboarding)
  • Coordinate and support new hires on their first working day, including Induction/Orientation
  • Assist in organizing and supporting Talent Acquisition events, such as Job Fairs, Campus Recruitment, and Career Events
  • Prepare event promotional materials, coordinate logistics, and work with external partners or vendors
  • Provide support to HRBP & TA teams in various HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Understanding of Workday recruitment workflows and processes
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or administrative support is an advantage
  • Experience in Workday is an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, VDO Clip making
  • Ability to create simple reports or track recruitment data
