About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent across various departments. This role is open exclusively to expatriate candidates with proven experience in recruitment and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Conduct background checks, reference checks, and ensure compliance with company hiring policies.

Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events.

Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a multinational environment).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Expat candidates only (valid residence and work authorization required).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-volume or specialized technical recruitment.

Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).

Knowledge of local labor laws and international hiring standards.
