Responsibilities :

E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage and optimize product listings, content, pricing, and campaigns on platforms such as Tmall, Douyin, Xiaohongshu (RED), and others relevant to the China market.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, product, creative) to ensure product availability and on-brand content.
  • Monitor competitor activities, category trends, and platform algorithms to identify growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns tailored to China (Double 11, 618 Festival, Chinese New Year, etc.).
  • Manage advertising across Tmall Marketing Tools (Zhitongche) and KOL/KOC collaborations.
  • Optimize traffic, conversion rates, and ROAS through performance marketing strategies.

Content & Social Media:

  • Develop China-market content strategy for WeChat, RED, Douyin, and other channels.
  • Work with designers/agencies to create relevant visual and video content suitable for Chinese consumer behaviors.
  • Manage reviews, user-generated content, and social buzz to build brand credibility.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales performance, marketing metrics, customer behavior, and ad performance on all platforms.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize campaigns and listings.

Cross-Border Coordination:

  • Collaborate with China partners, distributors, and platform reps to align strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, local digital trends, and consumer expectations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally in the China market or cross-border e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of Tmall/Douyin/Xiaohongshu ecosystems.
  • Experience with KOL/KOC campaigns and marketplace ad tools.
  • Proficient data analysis skills; ability to interpret complex performance metrics.
  • Chinese language skills (Mandarin) highly preferred; English proficiency required.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
