In this role, you will leverage your expertise to manage brand stores, develop innovative strategies, and make a significant contribution to our global e-commerce adventure.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Store Management: Manage brand stores across multiple international cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Tmall Global, Shopify) to showcase brand image, ensure account health, and maximize sales.
• Omni-Channel Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a cohesive omni-channel strategy.
• Operational & Marketing Plans: Develop operational and marketing plans for each account, aligning with objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Advertising & Promotions: Conduct in-platform advertising and promotions within budget to achieve set goals and ROI.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly operational reports and other necessary analyses.
• Store Development: Contribute ideas for store development and explore opportunities to enhance online presence and sales channels.
• Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing tools such as SEO and SEM to drive external traffic through various search engines.
• Social Media Shops: Set up and manage e-commerce shop functions on brand social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Shop, Instagram Shopping).
• Additional Tasks: Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operating international e-commerce platforms (e.g., , Tmall Global) is highly preferred, while experience with local platforms in Thailand (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) is also desirable.
• Additional supporting skills and experiences in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Ads) or digital media from previous employment, freelance work, or university projects will be considered.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital marketing, e-commerce, marketing, business, IT, or related fields. (Other degrees are welcome if you have the right skills and passion)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a good understanding of business initiatives and market/consumer-oriented thinking.
• Comfortable working in digital cloud-based and web-based environments (e.g., Microsoft 365).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and reasonable EQ.
• Fluent in English, especially in reading and writing. (Good test results from TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS are advantageous.)
